Some Friends you may know
One of the pleasures Jim has had once in a while is the opportunity to share the stage with some very special players. Some he has lead off for, others have lead off for him while still others he has gotten to join the stage with. Here is a picture of Jim and John Schlitt (of Petra). This is after a gig at Keuka College in Keuka, New York. This was a special time as Jim enjoyed some down time after the gig with John and got to hear his heart on music and his absolute belief in it's ability to reach and touch so many. Jim has kept that in mind ever since and thinks through it as he prepares concerts even now. This is a credit to John Schlitt and his impact, not only on the audiences he sings to, but on other artists as well. Jim has had the priviledge of singing with both John Shlitt and the previous lead singer of Petra, Greg Voltz.

This was the one that got it all started. Sure there were other pieces of work from Jim previous to this CD but this one captured the attention of folks in Nashville and abroad. You can read some reviews if you hit the "EPK" in the main menu.

"Let The Rocks Cry Out" was Jim's first Worship CD and he was able to record it with the help of a team of musicians at CrossBridge Community Church. As you listen, those of you familiar with worship music for the past while, you will hear an early Integrity Hossanna sound but with some edgy guitars.

Though this is not available there are some special songs on it and I toured with this cassette for a while. I am hoping to take pieces form it and modernise the sound and all and see what can happen. I doubt this will happen right away but it will come along. |
