 Umm, we mean in a good way. This music is real and will cause you to think, laugh, wonder, sing weird stuff and ultimately, consider your place in it all!
Take some time to puruse the site through sound and thoughts. As you bring the music up through the MP3 player on the left you may find out just how truly eclectic Jim is. This also means his shows are varied and ye have the cohesiveness of a writer with his own style that will keep you intrigued and taking part when you come. As you listen to the songs you may hear a rock song from Jim's band, Humble Soul, or a voice/ acoustic tune frome his solo CDs.  You may hear him dabbling in the blues or jazz ideas, and then there is a song or two that hint at Jim's roots in a family that was filled with country music. Well, it's just a hint of country but that may satisfy some of you country lovers just enough to really listen to it all.
Jim's main influences are in acoustic with an edge like America, Rick Elias, Randy Stonehill, and many more; and then some of the classic rock like Rush, Yes, Kansas and so many others.

 Okay, What is a Christian?
That's a good question. So many folks don't think of the same thing when they hear that term.
The average TV watcher may think of the bellowing, crying TV Evangelists. The gay communities first thought may be "Gay-Basher". The crusades, as we look back, may have conflicting stories as to what was done in the name of Christ or Christianity. If you are Jewish you may be reminded that Hitler had "Christian" symbols above the ovens where he had so many people killed. Some folks call themselves Christian just because they live in the USA.
